Notes on complaint management

Dear Investor, 

Our clients’ satisfaction is the most important thing to us. However, if you should have a reason for criticism or complaint, we should be glad to hear from you, and we have established a complaint centre for your use where you can state your concern at any time. We will forward this to the responsible office within the Sauren Financial Group® (Sauren Finanzdienstleistungen GmbH & Co. KG, Sauren Fonds-Service AG, Sauren Fonds-Research AG).

We will confirm receipt of each complaint without delay and attend to it promptly. We will also notify you of the subsequent procedure for your complaint. If there is any unexpected delay, we will send you interim notification. Naturally, dealing with your complaint is without charge for you. 

We save and use personal data provided in connection with a complain exclusively to process the complaint and meet our statutory retention obligations and any disclosure require­ments.
